So my wonderful husband, Big D, loves The Drinky Crow Show and Tony Millionaire's Maakies. A few years ago, when I was huge pregnant with Little Z, I had this great idea for a gift for Big D. I would decoupage Maakies comic strips onto a picture frame for him. Now if you don't know anything about this comic strip, they are all black and white and (to some) very distasteful. I did research by finding images, but pregnant Cara just did not get around to finishing, okay who am I kidding I really mean starting, his gift. I decided two years was long enough and it was high time to give him this gift...a great idea two years in the making.
I am pretty proud of the outcome. A very personalized Father's Day gift that is distasteful enough that my husband can't take it to work. Very fitting to us as a couple. As soon as I find the camera cable I will upload a picture.
